I think you guys are missing the point. Forget the dreads for a minute, Lil Wayne used to (maybe still does) wear skinny jeans but him, Future, and Chief Keef are a lot more masculine than the rappers I've seen emerge lately. They don't cross dress and call their friends "Hubby".

Young Thug's weird but I don't think he's effeminate. I've always seen him as a raucous, drug-addled partyer who doesn't really take anything seriously. No more effeminate acting than say, Gucci Mane. It's just his wardrobe and his voice that makes people feel like that way, I think.
