Queens of the Stone Age - Songs for the Deaf
:(
I don't even want to imagine being deaf
I'm actually getting teary eyed just thinking about it
I need music. Not in the myspace girl "music is my life" way. I really need it. I'm a loser, I'm chronically alone and weird and I'm really struggling to adjust to being an adult. I need music. It's all I've got. Please don't go. I want to hear.

How loud is actually safe through headphones? Generally I listen to everything around the 20-30 mark, depending on how loud it's mastered. Sometimes though if I really get into it I'll turn it up to 30-40 :/ Is this okay or am I gonna get tinnitus/ go deaf?

I would like to know too. I have my volume at half mostly.

85 dbs over an hour is when hearing loss starts to occur
people take care of your ears and just listen to music in flac. if you listen to mp3 your ear system will degradate, even if its 320kbps.
