How do I "feel" music?

Every time I listen to music I just "hear" it. All I do is hear sounds and kind of enjoy them, but I never "feel" them. I assume my enjoyment of music would be bigger if I feel the music I listen to. How does one achieve this?

Have listening to music be all that you're doing. For me, laying in bed with my eyes closed is a good way to get more out of it, also sitting outside like in a park.
