I don't know, it's a really inconsistent album. It only kicks in at The Hardest Part; that equates to 45 minutes of bad-to-subpar songs. Is also flawed regarding originality, it's not about Speed of Sound being a ripoff of Clocks, it's about being really bland. Over the first nine songs, the record sound like a same idea repeated, with nothing happening most of the time, with the exceptions of the singles, but even then they are either the original idea where the others leaked off (Fix You and Speed of Sound) or a song that came from somewhere else (Speed of Sound = Clocks, Talk = Computer Liebe).
The last quarter of the record is with no doubt the only thing worth anything in this record. Hardest Part piano thingy and lyrics have a spectacular synergy. Swallowed in the Sea is the only song from the bunch of "same songs" that actually stands out to become something else.
But, overall, is very forgetable.
