What are you talking about? Push the Sky Away is one of the best albums of his entire career.

Bummed for the circumstances.
It would be cool if he made another album a bit like the birthday party era nick cave. Bad seeds is still good though
Quite frankly, I'd really enjoy it if Blixa would somehow participate in the album. Especially since this is a somewhat important album for Cave considering the circumstances.

I'm surprised he didn't rejoin The Bad Seeds a year ago. Him and Nick are still close friends and he appeared in 20,000 Days on Earth.

Yeah, I think there's still the possibility that we'll see a surprise appearance but at the same time we have to consider that Blixa is currently busy with touring, at least as far as I recall.
