The only thing I don't like is how delicate and perfect it is. A lot of the instruments sound like they were quantized in a DAW, but i know that isn't true. Just seems really unnatural.

One of her best lyrically and conceptually. Some minor songs (TTIS, SOM) but there's god-tier lyrics in Sapokanikan, LTC, Lightborne, and TaaS. Amazing music in Anecdotes, Divers, A Pin-Light Bent. Huge fan of the synths. And that whole thing where the album ends in the word "Trans—" abruptly cut off and begins with the word "Sending" is still one of the most genius things this genius woman has ever done.

Honestly I think that's her worst song ever.
I'm slowly warming up to Joanna and her voice but I wish Ys had a little more variety in the instrumentation and I think Divers is almost a little too upbeat and rock-ish at times

Why? They're markedly different. Her voice also underwent big, big changes to do with her vocal nodules. I know people who can't into early Joanna but love her new voice. HOoM is her most accessible imo.
