Is it a bad idea to download an album if you only liked half of the tracks?
No, just delete the ones you don't like.

If you are not limited by space than it doesn't matter. I have tons of albums where I only like one song.

what's the point of having a library of music you don't like? that's like the opposite of it's function

deleting songs from an album physically repulses me

i have this same prob annon. i go ahead and download the whole album, because maybe at some point ill grow to like the previously unlinked songs. part of me feels like the reasons I might not like the song is due to the fact that to fully enjoy the song at subject, you have to listen to the album from stat to finish. i know from personal experience that some songs sound a million times better when they are accompanied by the rest of their album counterpart. take for instance the American Football album. every single track on this album sounds really boring (excluding the first track) by itself.

This fucker....

Why is this bad
I just don't even download the album. My autism prevents me from deleting tracks I don't like, and having an album in my library that I don't like as a whole isn't worth it. If you're not as autistic as us and can delete the ones you don't like without feeling guilty, go for it.
>only like 4 of the 10 tracks on an album
>delete the 6 ones I don't like
>they bridge all 4 of the good tracks

Don't forget to use crossfade
