short answer: no.
in general testosterone deepens the voice but once it has gotten deeper estrogen will not raise it. however many mtf trans people train their voices to sound more feminine. whether or not they can sing in their feminine voice, i don't know.

I am personally familiar with people who chose to be trannies(with plenty of encouragement and convincing from other trannies online, of course).
People who literally never claimed to have any conflicted feelings regarding their gender at all(but who did have plenty of emotional issues which they tried to suppress through various methods of escapism), who were 100% certain of their gender identity only to go from having an unhealthy obsession with imagining themselves as female to getting into crossdressing to full-on embracing transgenderism within the timespan of just a few months.
Their lives promptly started to fall apart after this and they've been further falling apart ever since, while the same trannies who went out of their way to convince them to go this route online have quietly slipped out of the picture without providing any support whatsoever.
Very unfortunate turn of events all around, and one which goes to show just how fucked up and cult-like the whole transgender "community" is. Deeply sociopathic, self-centered and manipulative people.

Oh, I'm familiar with quite a few trannies aside from that, as well as with other people who have had similar experiences with them(some of whom were actually quite supportive of trannies until witnessing certain scenarios and patterns involving trannies repeating themselves one too many times). This was just one example.
Neither my interactions with trannies or aspiring trannies nor the other horror stories I've heard about them have left me convinced that they should be encouraged or humored in any way.
They are fucked up, unhinged, miserable people who prey on the vulnerable or the compassionate with the intention of making them just as miserable as they are.

Well since we're all authorities on trans people by virtue of knowing some, my best friend is trans and he's the loveliest person I know, the sort of person who would give you his last dollar if you needed it. If you are running any kind of project, whether it be political, charity, creative, for-profit, whatever, don't allow trannies to join you. Just don't. They *will* ruin everything. It's just their nature. I learned this the hard way after years of trying to be that cool open-minded guy who tolerates everybody.
