Haven't had terrible concert experiences, just a couple where mildly annoying things happened.
When I saw Xavier Wulf I was in the pit and someone snatched my watch when I wasn't paying attention. I was a little annoyed, but it was a 15$ Casio watch, so I got over it quickly. When I saw Chief Keef he got to the venue way too late, almost 2 hours after the last opener performed. but I was just glad he bothered to show up at all. When I saw Black Kray I smoked some shitty weed and had a bad headache and could barely enjoy the show. Still had fun though. Nothing really notable. I think I just have low standards.

Tori Amos - Plugged Tour. - Because of the Venue mostly ( "The Joint" in the Hard Rock Hotel Las Vegas.- Some drunk guy who obviously wasn't a fan called and talked to his daughter and pretty much yelled into his phone during most of the performance. - was the 2nd of 3 Tori tours that I attended Other 2 were very solid and enjoyable. Tori does great live performances.

I don't blame anyone, it was purely an accident. The pit got out of hand and a group of people got knocked about in the human tidal wave. The person in front of me fell backwards onto me, knocking me down in turn, and we both got trampled pretty badly. Never found my glasses and my jaw and two fingers got broken. Not sure what happened to the other person.

Funnily enough, a few years later I hear Ozzy on O&A and he talks about this concert and how he felt great leading up to it, got on stage, opened his mouth and his voice was blown. The fact that Ozzy remembers being shit at that show in particular makes it not such a bad experience.
Ozzy made it up to me in 2010 when he came to town on the Scream tour. Did a two and a half hour show, 20 songs, tons of awesome shit. Shot in the Dark, Killer of Giants, Flying High Again, fucking Believer, No More Tears, shitloads of Sabbath. Amazing.
Then in 2013 he came with Sabbath. I paid huge bucks for Row 3 on the floor. Amazing show, six feet from Iommi the entire time. Then during Iron Man his voice blows out and after squeaking through God Is Dead they cut the show short and fart out a quick Paranoid. Shitty ending to an awesome show.
But again, he made up for it this year. Didn't have such good seats but Ozzy was on point the entire show and Hand of Doom alone made it worth the $180 I paid.
BTW, the first time I saw him he was out of his mind on drugs and sounded like crap but he did an amazing set. So overall for Ozzy I'm 3 for 5. Figure the next time I see him it'll be crap so I might call it quits with him.

This thread made me realise I don't have any interesting stories. Few times I've ended up stuck near drunken assholes in the crowd but I generally manage to move away after a few songs. Don't think I've ever seen a shitty performance either. Going to see Grimes in a few weeks though so I guess that could change.

It was a two part concert, one part Knopfler, the other one Dylan so at least I got to hear some Dire Straits songs but Dylan, what a disappointment...
