I mean yeah, just about everything regarding the anal sex bit was weird, but I'm pretty sure Kanye's just eccentric and socially out of tune. The pill bit is also weird, but I don't think it's because he's crazy necessarily, he's just fucked up pretty bad. He used to live in the suburbs with a pretty sheltered life, and once he became a rapper started using drugs a lot and doing expensive, mind-fucking things like that.
