Is this the most overrated album in Scaruffi's top list?
>>65233767
>the first track is literally about being cucked
No wonder Scruff likes it
All their other albums are better

scaruffi is such a strong meme no one bothered to realize he's not worth reading

i'm inclined to think that, but after listening more there's also something about it that instinctively makes me doubt that as well
i really can't think of any other album quite like it, except something like the downward spiral, but even comes across like a parody by comparison

it's the only ToN album with no restraint whatsoever
on most of their other material, no matter how brutal or dark it got, there was always a winking "hahahaha we're a bunch of silly sellout spooky brooklyn vampires", but this album was 100% the real thing. this time the rage and hatred in steele's voice and bass playing felt completely real and the arrangement of the songs reflects and augments it perfectly. in theory it's heavily rooted crossover thrash, but the end result defies classification
now that i really think about it, this album really does deserve its spot
