I would say, all the punk bands that mixed in outside influences are great. X had their whole rockabilly thing going, Bad Brains had the whole Reggae thing, Agent Orange and Dead Kennedys with their surf rock thing, and Black Flag with the jazz thing. Even The Clash with their Caribbean thing were great.
Los Angeles is still probably my favorite punk album of all time though.
