I unironically enjoy this
I remember when I was about 4 years old, the only music my sister listened to was Britney Spears and Back Street Boys, and as a result I thought they were the only musicians in existence. I didn't start learning about other types of music until I was seven when my sister was going through a minor emo phase and all she listened to My Chemical Romance, Sublime and Nirvana.
Also, Back Street Boys were the best

This and Talking Body are both GOAT pop songs
I unironically enjoy eurobeat
The energy the singers output feels genuine, and the synth beats are GOAT. So much fun to drive to.
>>65167325
I actually credit eurobeat for making me a better driver
The 1975 marks an important turn for guitar bands in the 21st century. Those who said guitar pop will die were wrong and those who said guitar pop will stay in the same place and stagnate were wrong. They walk the line perfectly between being innovative and nostalgically showcasing the music tradition that inspired them. All while not completely bucking trends or being alienting.
Coldplay is actually pretty good up till MX
Knives Out is the best song on Amnesiac
Oasis is better than Blur
>>65167643
Oasis is definitely better than Blur, but I also don't like Oasis.
I cannot forgive a band for releasing a song like Wonderwall.
>>65167760
Yeah, Oasis is far too popular to be good
>>65167842
Stop, man. There's no way you don't hate that song.
>>65167643
Fuck off Montie
>>65168194
It's a catchy song, overplayed to death but still a good song nonetheless
I'm more of a slide away/live forever guy
I enjoy listening to Maroon 5 when it comes on the radio and I turn it up.
I also still listen to Call Me Maybe sometimes when I'm drunk.
>>65168295
Alright that's fair.
I personally never liked the song. It always got me mad as a kid. I just never could stand the lead singer's delivery, and I couldn't stand how lazy it sounded. I'm probably just being a picky asshole, but I always thought it was a terrible song.
Justin Timberlake is one of the only pop artists I like
I don't know what's worse: liking preteen assembly line pop, or thinking N'SYNC is better than the Backstreet Boys.
It's not a boy band if only 2 people in it can sing.
>>65169201
Motherfuck is that a picture of Plok on the fucking music board?
Dubstep is the most important development in electronic music in the past 15 years
Enjoying music ironically is absurd.
You can enjoy (or not enjoy) music for various reasons, but listening for the sake of irony is for pompous narcissists who are afraid of displaying their true opinions because of their inflated ego so they can fit in with others they deem "cool" and "having good taste" without the risk of rejection.
Feel free to prove me wrong.
>>65167643
>Knives Out is the best song on Amnesiac
correct, I love you Montie
>>65166673
hi HUGE DANNY
>>65167643
>Knives Out is the best song on Amnesiac
Why would this be a controversial opinion? It's wrong, but it's not ridiculous
>>65166673
that beiber song with the steel drums and pan flutes fucking dings famm
