I think on the list of things that are "shoulds" in the world, trying to turn a crowd at a high energy concert into a safe-zone for people with anxiety is towards the bottom of the list.
I have friends with anxiety. I have a tumblr so I see people constantly talking about it. I find it odd that people are more more focused on accommodating the thing that holds them back than they are trying to overcome it.
