Is noise influenced dance music a thing?
I know Death From Above 1979 was technically a noise-rock/Dance-Punk act, and arguably Liars experimented with it a bit, but are there any other groups that y'all would say fills this criteria?

Justice, especially on Cross, wove in bits of static and noise into their music, but it isn't noise-dance by any means.
