Hey dude just finished listening. First off your composition is pretty solid throughout this, the only big thing I think could use some work is the mixdown. For instance the guitar in the right channel tends to make the mix lean over to the right channel. In the future something that could be worth looking into is recording that type of guitar twice and panning one to each channel and using rather a slight delay or slightly different processing. That way you get a stereo effect and will widen the mix a ton. Also typically a good practice to keep is to have a majority of your low end in mono. While having a guitar that is bassy can be nice if its panned it ends up muddying up the song a little bit. A ton of eq's and compressors can do this but if nothing you have can pull that off pick up A1 Stereo Control. Its free and has a "safe bass" dial that will put everything below your selected frequency in mono for you. Other than that this is pretty solid dude. Nice job!

Hey just gave this a listen. A few things that could be worked on are de-essing your voice a bit. There are a ton of plugins that are specifically made for this which can help you out a ton. Also for your piano try adding some bass notes and changing velocities and timing on each note for added realism. Still overall this is pretty solid nice work (not sure how I ended up missing this to be honest. I usually try to keep up with your stuff)

Just gave the playlist a listen. Something I cant recommend enough is to learn music theory. I dont want to be harsh but this playlist has a lot of problems, both production and composition wise. The best thing I can suggest is to try and learn as much as you can. A pretty solid person to look into is SeamlessR. His production basics and music theory videos can be a massive help. You have a lot of potential just keep on working at it.

No problem dude (not going to comment too much on the beat as Im assuming youre the rapper. If not just say). So to start the big things I think need working on are a bit of the vocal recording and how they sit in the mix. The big thing I notice from time to time is that youre going a bit off time. Its nothin majorly bad but its worth looking over how you fall on it and adjust it in post if possible. The other things I notice are that your backing vocals and adlibs sit a little loud in the mix. For adlibs try and keep them sitting pretty quiet in the mix and put some effects on them (reverb is a pretty good go to, just use sparingly). Also for the straight up backing vocals or layers try and pick one that sounds good and use that as your main and keep the other one with more effects and a bit more quiet. Two dry vocals tend to clash with each other if they are basically hitting the same note and are the same vocalist. Hope this helps! (also try to emulate effects you see other rappers using. Youd be surprised how simple some of them can be.)

So I get that this is a joke, but I'll still give you a critique. Turn down the gain on your mic your clipping really bad. back off it. put a high pass filter on your vocal and compress at 4:1
Your vocal preformance lacks energy. you only sound awake and confident on your ad libs.

Was the piano squashed as a creative decision? if not come off that compression a bit. That vocal is fuckin ear candy. Great voice. The ambience that comes in half way through is a bit overbearing. I feel like you need to do some filtering as nothing in the mix really has its own space.

haha, I hear ya man. Honestly, removing the vocals wouldn't hurt the track at all, It would probably do more good than harm, imo. The composition is great though. Hopefully I get to hear a released version sometime, because it's totally something I'd have on my playlist for my commutes.

The rhymes and flow weren't bad. I don't like how you rap it so much, but it's just a matter of personal preference. The mic quality could be better as well, but other than that, it wasn't bad.
