This is bumming me out unbelievably.
Rust in Peace was the first album I really loved, and his drumming has influenced and inspired me more than anyone else

If this is true then god fucking damn it. At least he the best metal album of all time is his legacy.
Ok--RIP was a good album, and I'll admit Countdown was good even though I don't like it--but this isn't that huge of a loss.
