What this album is is exactly what I want out of a noise rock/shoegaze/post-rock album. It's got the thick wall of noise of a shoegaze album, the atmosphere of a post-rock album, and the pummeling-yet-sweet melodies of a noise rock album, all blended into one album with a vocalist that, despite not being able to sing to save his life, puts his everything into every word in a way that comes of genuine and earnest.
Basically, if you're a fan of you're living all over me by dinosaur jr and loveless by my bloody valentine, please check it out.

It's very good prog with a focus on more instrumental pieces, which I enjoy a lot. The strings and keyboards are also great.
