Love this album minus whatever the fuck past life is. Sure its cheese as fuck at times lyric wise. But the production is A+ and great summer vibes. People only hated cause it followed lonerism and wasnt quite as good as its predecessor

Innerspeaker is still their best work in my mind. From what I recall when Currents was released it was mostly praised by /mu/, contrarians probably started hating on it once it started hitting the mainstream.

Catchy in the 'I can't stop playing that song in my head and I want to listen to it again' sense, rather than the 'I want to rip my face off' sense. Whilst that doesn't necessarily make it good, it's a pretty good indicator that it's subjectively an enjoyable album.

This album along with AMSP are the albums I got the fastest from them, it's weird. Both albums I instantly loved, they're not my favorites from them, but I enjoyed them more on first listen than any other RH album
