I've done this. It's disorienting.
For a second I thought high frequencies would turn low and vice versa (just how high/low is relative to the size of the frequency spectrum, probably), but that would be the equivalent of negative colors and such.
I guess it would play backwards, but there's some ontological differences to the properties of sound and image that makes this whole question slightly retarded.
