Nothing quite like it to be honest, if you haven't already heard them give their earlier EP's a listen. It's a slight change of pace, but give Disco Volante a listen too, it's my favorite of their releases.

They were heavily inspired by Bungle and managed to come up with a unique sound close in atmosphere.

Their beginnings up to Adultery are great, but the stuff they've put out recently is incredibly generic, so definitely explore their earlier output from '98 - 2006 before touching their recent stuff.

Never knew Nils and Dan formed a new band. Listening to some live recordings now and it seems very promising. I liked Idiot Flesh's more musical outputs, but the really theatrical stuff turned me off a bit.

Dan is a fucking legend. I wish they would get together with Gene at least for one more album because he wrote some of the best songs for Idiot Flesh. The theatrical songs weren't my absolute favorite but the theatric style of their live shows was what got me hooked.
