Not the one you replied to, but Government Plates is imo one of their best. When it came out I didn't like it as much because it was departed so heavily from what they did before and it's much more conceptual. But it aged incredibly well and now I think it's one of their most interesting releases, only topped by NotM.
NLDW aged very badly though in comparison. It was the album that got me into DG in the first place and it still has some of their best songs (No Love and Come Up and Get Me), but it also has some of their most uninteresting tracks (Whammy, Pop, Bass Rattle Stars...).
Still Death Grips has a very solid discography.
