do you delete albums you don't care for?
if so, how quickly do you decide that an album isn't worth keeping?
The solution is I listen to most genres on youtube first, or whatever stream shit I can find it on for free
If it seems worth a download I put my expensive headphones in and settle down for a second listen

I delete before listening, then listen to it in the recycle bin. If it's good I restore it to my library

If I really don't like an album, I remove it from my music player, but keep the files.

I actually tried this method a few years ago with my relatively big (>25GB) backlog. Lost literally all the albums somehow.
