How does Bjork release one of her most experimental albums yet so late in her career but Radiohead releases some mediocre uninspired shit? Really no excuse for it, especially for a group who's known for changing their sound album to album. This shit sounds like Oasis 2.0
>>
i would pay a lot of money to watch them fuck each other
and i wouldn't just skip in the middle like i do most pornos.
I would watch it start to finish.
>>

at least put effort into making a thread

oh well this is now a Thom Yorke / Bjork crack pairing thread

GO
>>
>>64713931
I'm just curious why they played it so safe on this album.
>>
No need for either of them to keep experimenting, they've both done enough. Good on Bjork for still releasing good music though.
>>
>>64713939
well are you saying that it's safe compared to their last LP which was easily their most experimental

Or are you talking about their entire discog because I could understand the first
>>
>>64713957
they should just experiment on each other
>>
Wedding when?

Thom is only 3 years younger guys and I'm sure Bjork is still functioning well down there
>>
>>64713957
I'm not saying the album is bad, the composition is great but at the same time so conventional. Radiohead brought absolutely nothing new to the table with this album. Still a 7.5/10 though
>>
>>64713983
>wedding

anon did you not here True Love Waits? Thom won't be loving anyone
>>
>>64713962
>their last LP which was easily their most experimental
it wasn't at all. It was extremely tame in terms of experimentation which is why nobody liked it
>>
>>64713962
Entire discography, TKOL was great, Kid A was great and the rest of their discography is just run of the mill alt rock though. Only thing different is thom yorkes singing.
>>
>>64714005
That's why I said THEIR most experimental, up there with Amnesiac

Fuck learn to read
>>
>>64714017
shit opinion, imo, but it's yours and I will respect it

I do recommend revisiting Amnesiac though you might find something on a later play you didn't find on your first few
>>
Women give less of a shit as they age. Men more so, because they care about money later.
>>
>>64714040
Isn't Amnesiac just Kid A left overs?
>>
>>64714059
No that's a meme it's its own project, and it's honestly one of their best
>>
>>64714059
Yeah but it's good not as good though
>>
>>64714077
memes are wrong.
>>
>>64714077
It does feel like Kid A 2 though. I'll give it another listen. Still very disappointed with AMSP
>>
>>64714059
That's a shitty forced meme. It's basically part 2 of Kid A.
>>
>>64714059

no but you already know that

fuck this shit thread and its shit OP
>>
>>64714092
>>64714104
Guess I fell for the meme. Honestly thought they were throwaways
>>
>>64714130
Maybe radiohead decided early on that they'd be put into a sister album, but they're definitely songs from the Kid A sessions that didn't make it
>>
>>64714173
that shouldn't make anyone undervalue its merit compared to Kid A though

And thankfully it doesn't because half of the Radiohead fans here believe it to be superior to Kid A (not in my opinion though)
>>
>>64714196
Half is a little bit of an over estimation. Maybe on /mu/. But it doesn't have to devalue it or not, those are just the facts.
>>
>>64714228
You'd be suprised, at least for here I think

Although the contrarian meme contribute to that factor quite a bit
>>
>>64713903
>How does Bjork release one of her most experimental albums yet so late in her career but Radiohead releases some mediocre uninspired shit?
very strongly agree

as long as shit is just a colloquialism for "stuff"
>>
>>64713903
Bjork has usually always pushed herself due to her avant-garde tendencies in music and her personal experimental approach to singing, that's why I guess.
>>
>>64713903
Icelandic people bring only good music.
>>
>>64713903
Because after all we can say it I guess, Radiohead are always been trendhoppers, mostly.
>>
>>everyoneitt
"experimental"
>>
>>64713999
;_;

>implying this isn't experimental
>>
OP didn't listen to AMSP
>>
Men age like silk, women age like penis.
