Please don't kill me
Still a great album and I love it but god damn
>>64690754
Nope. It might be only glam rock, but its energy is still there. Its heritage is not so widespread in the US I'd say, but in UK it's still pretty relevant. Its sound remains somewhat unique.
It's a fantastic album but it SCREAMS 60s.

>music "ages"
GET OUT OF MY BOARD YOU FUCKING PLEBEIANS REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
great album but basically became irrelevant in less than 2 years
>>64694703
it does. but to imply that it makes the music somehow worse is plebeian as fuck
>>64691691
what the fuck?
>>64694764
complete opposite actually. it captured the entire era in a timeless capsule. it's a part of history, where as the albums it was making fun are now way more aged because they are unironically hippy dippy shit.
>>64694764
>>64695077
I mean really, the techniques he used with all the tape manipulations and crazy shit was so far ahead of it's time that the album sounds way more relevant today than back then from a composition perspective now that everyone is doing deconstructional shit all the time
Zappa is so fucking awesome
sounds like aggression if aggression hadn't been discovered yet
