Bonus points if you tell the story behind the attachement to the album in question
I fucked my cousin to this on prom night. Robert E Lee High School
The first time I heard pic related, it was really late at night. Earlier that day I had to take my cat to get put down. I still can't listen to this without getting choked up.

Man, y'all fooled me on this shit. I thought it was gonna be some groundbreaking shoegaze/country album...
I had a really amazing summer with this girl and she left for a really faraway college a few years ago, I was devastated and I got addicted to a few drugs all at the same time, and this album just completely saved me. I'm still a junkie but this album got me over what happened, made me accept my place in this world and realize my purpose.
My cousin made it

is this your first visit here
Fragile is what got me into exploring music because it was unlike almost anything I had ever listened to before. Hearing 'Roundabout, 'South Side of the Sky', and 'Heart of the Sunrise' for the first time was a real big eye opener because I had never been exposed to music like this, nor did I ever know music could sound like it, and I could barely sleep that night trying to wrap my head around it all.
It's still one of my all-time favorite albums to this day, although I've never been able to replicate the feeling I had after the first listen

I've only been on this board for a few weeks. I came here because I am getting old and tiring of listening to the same Linkin Park song over and over.
It reminds me of when I could actually be happy and let occasional anxiety get me down instead of vice versa.

are you the guy who has listened to Linkin Park - In the End over 30,000 times?

Aren't we all?

We've all been there, right???

Well then you're in the right place, but know that you're posting before you've assimilated to /mu/ culture so you will be ripped on and called out.
This is probably the most friendly response relating to this you'll ever get
My dad recced it to me, it was one of the few times I'd actually spend time with him. We both have very different interests though I've been working on trying to spend as much time with him as possible. I know I'll never be able to listen to it again once he's gone. Nights In White Satin already breaks me enough.
It's also an album I like to think philosophically with, too. I let my mind loose to it.

I appreciate it, friend.
