Wrong, those songs are great. Something is the highest level of schmaltz, Come Together is "lyrical genius" from John Lennon, by way of Chuck Berry, She's So Heavy is fucking tedious. 8/10

Which parts of the medley are weak out of interest? It's near perfect imo, with the weakest link being Mean Mr Mustard. But even that song progresses nicely off the back of Sun King and is pretty decent.
Octopus' Garden isn't as bad as people make it out to be, and the medley is great.

Surf's Up isn't even one of their best albums. Obviously Pet Sounds is king, but I'd say Sunflower, Friends, Smiley Smile, Love You, Today, All Summer Long and Holland are all on the same level as Surf's Up or better.
