Does /mu/ like AnCo?
I personally do, but if you're talking about what /mu/ thinks, it's entry-level hipster garbage.

Does twenty one pilots remind anyone else of Animal Collective
Health>Animal Collective
I absolutely adore this album: Spirit they've gone, spirit they've vanished.
I don't care if I called a pleb for liking it but I fucking love it. Have come across few songs better than "chocolate girl"..
It is also an album that gets better with every song.

It's their most patrician album
>>64663424
Really? I thought it was pretty accessible and find it difficult to see how someone could not enjoy it. Also find it incredibly difficult to understand why /mu/ prefers "merriweather post pavillion" over this.

I think if fairies had a song, it would be one from this album.

>implying feels isn't their most patrician album: dat concept album, dat warm instrumentation, dat diversity between experimental pop jams and anco ambient.
STGSTV is definitely a close second for me, and it's incredibly impressive considering panda and avey's age when they made it (apparently avey was 16 when he wrote penn), but I think it suffers in a way from them not having access to better production n such.

>3 minute noise track
>that drilling noise in the first track
>many songs above 5 minutes and one above 10 minutes
don't be delusional

nah man. The lack of a better production gives it a much comfier feel. For example, the album wouldn't have as distinct a sound as it does if the vocals were produced better as in every other album. The subdued voice and noisy tracks make this album so comfy imo.
But to each his own I guess. And yeah it's pretty impressive that they made it when they were so young.
I still think it's much better than merriweather post pavillion.
