Well, despite the bad reviews from you-know-whos, this album, like every Drake, album has grown on me and is now a favorite.
A lot of criticisms seem to be about how negative he is. He's for normies but his fame has made him a misanthrope. I think that's pretty cool and even non-normies like myself can identify with it, which probably bothers normies because they only want him on "some happy-to-be-here shit."
And he is doing a ton of new musical stuff on this album that will probably be influential down the road. It's not as "revolutionary" as 808s but it has major inflation potential.
