Without slavery nothing would have come out of Jamaica either as ska/reggae/dub was from a fusion of mento and rhythm and blues so thats; post-punk, pop, hip hop, disco, house, techno, ambient, electronic dance music, and trip hop, jungle, drum and bass and dubstep all gone too, especially as rhythm and blues has gone too.
