That being said I think she's talent but I feel like he and a lot of other female r&b aritsts just exist, her Jhene Aiko, Kehlani, etc.
Like they're all talented but I don't know anyone who would really call themselves fans of these artists, I don't know if that's due to lack of label push or what it is but they all just exist but can't really seem to exist on their own.
That being said Tanashe is the most talented of the bunch.

Jhene Aiko is the only one I really "listen" to. By that, I mean, the only one who carries some sort of emotional depth in her tracks. But she's still kind of boring, in a way.
They all have very basic, generic music (Aiko being the least generic of the trio), and aren't going to be remembered. At all.

Back in like 2012 I was waiting for Jhene Aiko to drop a really good project, she definitely has the vocals for it, but she never really did. She was great on her TDE features like these ones

but nothing seemed to really materialize for her, and Tinashe was just a little bit edgier and just a little bit sexier and came around just a little bit later with slightly better vocals, she's still sort of Jhene Aiko 2.0 to me.
That being said, I don't think Aquarius was really anything special. Bet and Cold Sweat are great, Pretend is surprisingly heartfelt and gets a nice simple contribution from Rocky, and I would probably like 2 On a lot more if I didn't hate Mustard's drop and snaps.

Tinashe is eccentric in the sense that unlike other artists she doesn't take herself as seriously on the surface. She likes to have fun with music and her image in general. She's a sweet girl IRL too. Kehlani and Jhene Aiko seem to be all about business and the negatives of love. Tinashe covers multiple sides of it.
She's highly inspired as well, but not the point that I'd like. Perhaps that is just conditioning speaking for me though.
