Triangle and a megaphone.
Two turntables and a microphone

Your next gig, where it's at?

It's pretty much this
>>64577020
Can't really invest in drums or anything else but going the Sung Tongs way that Animal Collective did in '03 is actually p fun

We'll get better, practice makes perfect
>>64577471
you get to play for half as long and have a 50% bigger fee if you stick (live) in front of your name, even if you just launch clips in ableton.
>>64577057
ugh indie fucking bullshit. why can't you just have gay sex like a normal anco fan?
>playing live
What are you, a NORMIE??? KEKEKEKEK!!!!
>>64577014
I use an octatrack too, and a bass station 2.
Let's hear some of your music
This was my most recent performance. I forgot to draw acoustic instruments, but there is a 'cello and a snare drum in there too. It's an improvisation set, but it ends with me smashing the microphone with the sledgehammer.

>theramin and pendulum
does that shit work???
>>64581256
Sure does.
>>64578886
It's not too bad m8, even if you don't like a majority of the artists out there's bound to be something you do like
>>64581183
>continuous feedback loop
whoa thats pretty patrician desu
>>64581565
It's unstable as fuck so you get loads of interesting sounds interspersed with bursts of loud feedback. You can change the on board EQ and built in effects to completely change the sound too which is pretty neat.
Here's a short vid of it if that tickles your fancy.

Edgy
>tfw want to play live but have no idea how to set up for a live show
>>64581877
Well what do you make and what do you use to do it?
>>64577036
PUT THE NEEDLE TO THE GROOVE
I just play the instrumentals in a playlist with a video over VLC and put it on a projector and connect the sound to the venue's speakers
I am positioned behind a floor tom and a stool that holds a harmonium and on top of the harmonium is a drum machine, tape player, and keyboard. There is a bassist to the right of me.
>>64577014
A microphone, a guitar, and a Nintendo 3DS.
I'm not even kidding. I use the 3DS as a drum machine, running DSi software.
I really need to start a band. :/
apc 40, lpd8, Godin session guitar and a mini keyboard. All plugged in to Roland Quad Capture that is plugged in to my Asus Laptop.

you might aswell not be there then.
>start making songs
>become way more perceptive about the music i listen to, notice more detail and pay attention to layers, progression etc
this is great
>>64581707
