Death grips is the only group which I can't rank their albums. I love something about all of them. Although I'd definitely put NotM as my least favorite.

I think its their best album yet. Currently my favorite. Its really sophisticated and a subtle blend of all of their styles. Its got some of Exmilitary's sample-heavy punk sound, some of the sparseness of No Love Deep Web, that bare-bones minimal sound that Niggas on the Moon had, some more classic psychedelic rock sounds like Jenny Death, and, of course, the poppy accessibility of The Money Store. Not to mention, it has some of the banging beats of Government Plates and Fashion Week. Bottomless Pit is musically perfect, in my mind and it shows how much they've grown as players. Its some of their best production yet.
I feel like people will complain because it feels a tad more "safe" than their other albums, but I think they really throw in a few surprises to keep it fresh. Eh, Hot Head, and Giving Bad People Good Ideas are unlike any other DG tracks I've heard.
My only complaint is that the lyrics aren't as sharp as they could have been. They don't really blow my mind and are more disconnected than most of Ride's output so far. Either they seem too 'meaningless' or too heavy-handed.
Either way, I think this one is all about the music and the music is 10 out of 10 for me. I thoroughly enjoy every track and Spikes is one of their tightest tracks yet. I think it'll prove to be a favorite.
Also, if we learn anything from DG right now is that they're not stopping anytime soon and can just shit out new, inventive and fucking incredible music in less than half a year. They're already so god-damned prolific. They're looking a lot like King Crimson must have in the 60s-70s or Radiohead in the 90s. I can think of a lot of bands with this fast a rise as them and they all have serious lasting power. Hell, Joy Division only had 2 fucking albums. So, whatever comes next from them, in whatever form it comes in, will be incredible and I'm sure we'll be talking about them for decades. In my mind, this album solidified them as modern classics.

I've honestly tried to listen to NOTM so many times and, even though I find the songs memorable, I can't enjoy it as much as there other albums. I've been fully willing to give it a chance but it just doesn't click with me.

Not at all. No Love Deep Web sounds stripped down and bare compared to this. This is far more chaotic.
I was hoping for another NOTM, if I'm being honest. That album was such a pleasant surprise and I honestly had no real idea what I had listened to after the first go, everything flowed together so cohesively it seemed like it might as well have been one long song I'd just listened to. Then I started playing songs on repeat to pick up on all the finer details, and grew a massive appreciation for it. Then finding out that it was all played on e-drums was another massive mindfuck that made the album all the more impressive.
It's honestly strange and weird in all the best ways. It's not a flawless album, but I'm okay with the fact that I don't love every part of every song because while I may not, it still feels like it feeds into the vision and sound of the album.
Jenny Death and Bottomless Pit have felt like familiar ground. I don't think much is gonna change, I've listened to BP twice in full and I would be surprised if one day I find a song I didn't love before and pick up a bunch of crazy impressive details to obsess over, I'll like then what I like now. Just like JD, my tastes of that album hasn't changed whatsoever, my favorite tracks on day 1 are the same as they are now. That's not true for any of their other albums.
