Are you really that stupid? For your knowledge I've been browsing forums where most of bands posted here would be considered too mainstream for several years, and about less than half year ago I re-discovered Priest (well, when I was 13 years they already were my fave band, but I had no opportunity to hear their early stuff), and on my memory it's the only albums I can spin infinite amount of time, as well as enjoy listening even bootlegs from their era. It's extremely rare when a band can deliver that good live, and extremely rare when a band has more than one extremely talented musicians (I mean Tipton & Halford)

Fuck man, my favorite metal bands generally consist of Mercyful Fate, Whiplash, Voivod, Fates Warning and X Japan, all of which are very popular bands and then a few underground stuff, but I have a massive collection of metal ranging from some of the most cheesy power metal to gritty funeral doom to fast tech thrash, a lot of black, speed, OSDM, crust, black thrash and so on. Just because your favourite albums are some of the universally recognized albums doesn't mean you're an entry-level shitter.
