when Froot first came out I was smoking an ungodly amount of pot and again it just sounded normal to me but I got very scary obsessed with it. I mean some of that was genuinely deserved of course but it got kinda weird there for awhile which I attribute to the drugs.

Well, the time between the "death" of Electra Heart (in August 2013, a surprisingly long time after the release of the album) which signaled the end of that era and the announcement of Froot was a good year and a half I believe.
It will definitely be at least 1 and a half more years from now until we get some info or confirmation of a new album, but with the way that the Froot era went, where she barely did any promotion on it besides the tour, canceled the Repack and also didn't release any unreleased tracks besides True Colours, I expect that we'll be waiting 3 or more years until she says "yeah, I've got a new album in the works".
It really kinda sucks how she has no inspiration or anything to make music at the moment (she said music just felt like her job at this point in her life) but I'd rather her take a long break and come back whenever she feels inspired so she doesn't just churn out uninspired shit.
Plus, if she does go into acting, I'm sure her experiences there will be a large source of inspiration.

Assuming you mean St. Vincent by this she started writing for a new album 7 months ago or so. She mentioned it on her Beats 1 show when it was still on. No idea how long it'll take to finish though. There's been a few images posted on Instagram by Sounwave and other people who work with him of her seemingly in the studio so people are guessing she's having him produce her new album rather than Congleton.

shes definitely different. The chorus in that song is great and i like the lyrics too. Paradise isnt a bad track though, i think shh is the worst track off charli's EP though, Paradise is 3rd worst. I like how Hannah and the whole PC sound is experimenting though. Maybe with Charli's help they can find a sound that appeals to the mainstream more but also has a kpopish sound to it as well. Charli's album will be a treat for sure - if its anything like her EP.
