This album has actually been a good conversational icebreaker when I'm going on a first date with a girl who says they're really into music.
Since I'm only 19, most girls I date end up being huge fans of Death Cab for Cutie. I tell them one of my favorite bands is GBV, and I show them Death Cab's lead singer doing a cover of tractor rape chain.
From my experience, it does a good job at getting girls to listen to my music recommendations and like GBV.
