Most of the proge I listen to is much less entry level than people believe, I simply talk a lot more about entry level RIO and Zeuhl than I do talk about less well known bands in the genres because, well, there's no one to talk about them with.
I don't really want to be known as "the prog guy", hell I don't really listen to as much prog these days. I've been bumping a lot of avant-jazz recently so I don't even see how that statement is relevant

Most of you faggots won't even try to give this a listen, but this album changed my life. I was going through a very dark period in my life when I first heard Over the Meadow. I tell everyone that is depressed to listen to this album at least once. The sheer amount of musical talent these guys have is insane. You may think because it's a kids show the music is bad, but I promise if you listen to just one song you'll end up listening to the whole album. Or you can keep listening to your metal music and being sad.
Tldr; Wiggles more interesting than metal.
