Axl Rose's voice is like nails down a chalkboard to me. Not only can I not stand high pitched falsetto vocals, (which is just personal preference, albeit a very strong one) but he's always sounded completely insincere to my ears. I could maybe appreciate the song you posted, I mean I've always had a soft spot for huge rock ballads & Slash is a great player... But even on this track Axl sounds so fucking cringe-inducing from the get go to me.
