I don't really know too many, but I did really like The Social Network soundtrack... all of those modular synths and metasonix gear and dewanatron and moog... just great synthesizer music.
The It Follows soundtrack by Disasterpeace is great, however corny the movie may be. In fact, I kinda view the movie as an extended music video...
