Hot Head was 4 minutes long and just basing off the word-count it is the shortest on the entire album, so are we in for a lot of long tracks on this one?
My guess is about an hour, 53-59 minute mark.

On "Lord of the Game" it goes at 0:04 after the snare I think, and then once more at 00:10.
On "Takyon" it starts right at 0:00 after the vocals and the synths.
I don't know if they're the exact same thing, but I was just curious of what you use to make that kind of percussion.

Nah, Niggas on the Moon has repetition but there's always new lyrics over it to keep it fresh (with the exception of Have a Sad Cum BB, but that track's really impressive), in the case of the interludes on Government Plates the second half is just copy-pasted from the first without any difference. Not to say what's copy-pasted isn't good, it's great.
