On mainstream radio? Sweet Jane or Undone The Sweater song.
>>
I've heard a sound collage that feautured the national anthem of my country along with orgasm sounds and top40 hits plus random noises
>>
>>64318625
That's definitely not patrician
>>
They played a Nick Drake song on college radio station. They also played the Dismemberment Plan - What do you want me to say.
>>
>>64318599
Is that supposed to be Strawberry Jam?
>>
>>64318729
what college?
>>
Possibly Merzbow, but that could've just been the radio out of tune.
>>
>>64318599
I heard April and the Phantom once
>>
>>64318756
lol
>>
I heard Skankin' Queen by The Bodines once. For reference, the song that came just after that one was by Foster the People.

i listen to radio 3 in the uk so literally obscure classical shit which is as patrician as it gets

i mean during the day, sure, it's largely the standard repertoire, although they still get some interesting stuff in there, but when you listen to through the night and you're on some random fucking recording of a 18th century czech composer you've never even fucking heard of that's the real good times
>>
Chamber brothers - time

Was driving home at 2 or 3 am and it was on some random college station
>>
>>64318743
I can't remember, since I switched from radio to a music player.
>>
Heard an Animal Collective song on the radio last week. Can't remember which one though

Listen to the song and tell me this isn't pretty patrish
>>
>>64318756
Great job, anon

For me, just about anything on the Classical station is the most patrician I've heard, though I have to drive like 40 minutes to Louisville to hear it

Für Alina I think. I know it's about as radio classical as 20th century music gets but I don't listen much to radio.

I was blown away when I heard this on the radio. Check out some of their stuff if you haven't, the nirvana is now one of my favorite bands.

I once heard Feel the Pain by Dinosaur Jr on the radio which was pretty cool, but living in the suburbs means that you don't get very interesting music on radio stations. Occasionally there's some cool 60s psychedelic thing on classic rock stations.

God Radio 1 used to actually be pretty fucking based. Sure, it was a lot of Top 40 shit during the day (though even a fair amount of weirder/more /mu/approved stuff ended up in the UK Top 40 back in the days when cd and record sales were counted), but you had guys at night like Peel and Mary Anne Hobbs playing stuff that was independent and underground and weird and even abrasive.
