I always love bringing up Lee Ranaldo & The Dust - Last Night On Earth.
Every song is of coure made by Lee Ranaldo, so it's really Sonic Youth-y but more clean and chill. The album really feels like walks in forrest on a summer night,

I've always meant to check his solo stuff out. IMO he's by far the best (or at least most consistent) member of SY
