For me those three are so different and unique i wouldn't really want to rank them.
But based on how many listening hours, though, it's:
Endtroducing > Donuts > SILY
I would say
Endtroducing, Donuts, Since I Left You
But i feel like donuts is there because of the context being so interesting, espesically when you look into the samples. I would say SILY is a better album musically

I don't understand how anyone could not put Donuts first. The album as a whole, and so many cuts ("Last Donut of the Night" comes to mind) are heartbreaking, yet at the same time it's so joyful.
Endtroducing is good, but it's too melodramatic/ takes itself too seriously in places

Endtroducing is melodramatic but also hilarious at times. It knows the right moments to throw in comic relief. Donuts is humorous throughout but in a melancholic way. Really it ends on a sad note
SILY is the most uplifting of all the three, it is blissful/hopeful all the way through
As far as quality of samples, it's
Endtroducing (a wonderful fluke) > SILY (a parade of samples bordering on overkill at times) > Donuts (not as lazy as some see it to be, not as incredible either)
