I personally think Demon Days is their best album.
It doesn't feel like anything else has really topped it, in my honest opinion.
Plastic Beach had a few fantastic tracks on it...but as a whole, it didn't have the strange cohesiveness that Demon Days has.
It's pretty good. Don't Get Lost In Heaven/Demon Days is quite possibly the best thing Damon has ever done.
That being said the album is incredibly overrated by plebs and probably the best underage detector on the board.

I like Plastic Beach more but it's still an amazing album. Oh, OP, I guess you're new so I'm letting you know, posting DD discussion threads on /mu/ identifies you as underage.
One of the first albums I fell in love with, and one I still listen to maybe once or twice a year. I definitely don't like it as much as I did in high school but it still probably has my favorite atmosphere of all their albums. El Manana and All Alone are still the best songs, DARE is still the throwaway track.
