Recommend me the best albums. I don't want any mainstream stuff, not because I'm trying to be cool, but because the more popular stuff I probably heard already.

I was like you anon. Basically, the only way to start listening to music is to just, well, listen to music.
Picture related. Listen to all of these albums multiple times. Do it. Listen to all of them. You'll end up liking a few and disliking a few. Then search for albums similar that you liked. You should build up a nice ol music backlist pretty fast. Again, the most important thing is to actually listen to it - and after a while you'll might find that you started liking some of the stuff you hated before.
