I'm worried about the new Death Grips album.
It seems that the band has taken an even more chaotic approach to their music while keeping the cryptic lyricism on Niggas on the Moon. Basically, we know what's going to be on the album.
This turn in their discography is the first one that was predictable and logical. Without this insecurity of what the future album will bring us, we're left with no surprise and a mediocre album.
The best we could hope for is some freaky shit/clues leading up to the album, but as far as the actual music goes, it will be nothing new.

They've become better and better and I love it, and while they already started off on a high note, it's crazy that people insist NotM isn't that good, but I can understand where they're coming from. The hype for TLOP was so strong for me. I loved the album at first. There wasn't a single song I could say I disliked, but now I've pretty much forgotten about it. Nothing about it stood out other than maybe Ultra Light Beam due to how grand it was and Fade because of how different it was compared to the rest of the album.
