Both are not very remarkable but in different ways. Kind of an apples and oranges case on this one.
HTTT sounds like a compilation whereas TKOL is quite cohesive. Both have rapidly varying levels of quality from song to song. Both are nowhere near the first thing you would recommend to a first listener.
To say one is worst than the other relies on personal preference.
