Pinkerton isn't that good really, some good songs but overall it's kind of underwhelming. It's consistently catchy and full of hooks but only a couple of cuts from the album actually resonate with me on any level. So yeah I agree with him.
By the way the lyrics are fucking insanely bad on Pinkerton. Like they're embarrassing.
Fantano is trying to gauge his influence by saying something so remarkably against the grain and testing how much people will drop their love for Pinkerton.
