At least the posters are mostly friendly. I just ignore all of the anime because it's never really interested me.
As for which generals are the best, it depends on what you like. Slowcore happens to be one of my favourite genres so I do enjoy whenever there's a slowcore general. Although they are never that popular the posters are really chilled and I've been recommended some great music which I probably wouldn't have found otherwise.
