I consider it behind TDS. The Slip to me is a lot more consistent than The Fragile. The songwriting is also a lot stronger I think.

i don't ever consider the fragile as individual songs- the slip is way better in that regard
taking the peaks and valleys of the fragile as just one piece has always made me love it- haven't listened through the slip more than a couple times though desu

The Fragile has some of my all time fav NIN songs on it but yeah as an album The Slip wins for me.
